As you can see, a press handstand just means that you press your hands into the floor and lift your Drill #1: Plank Pike Ups (Or Plank Tucks).
Phase 2 is simple, you can practice it any time as long as you can hold a pike. This is why MUST learn a pike to do a press handstand repeatedly and effortlessly.
